I searched all over but couldn’t find an answer.
Can I make out a will at the Mexican consulate in Austin, TX that will be valid in Mexico?

MX wills in Jalisco are registered with the state. Why not do it here in September (1/2 price month)? There may be slight differences in estate laws between MX states.

It is very easy to do in Mexico at the nearest Notaria.
