ISO home for rent

We will be moving as soon as our home sells and would like to find a long term rental (12 months or possibly 6)

Looking for 2-3 bedrooms with 2 baths
Anywhere between west Ajijic and Chapala
Secure yard and parking for 1 vehicle
Also, we have two small dogs so pet friendly
Would like to stay under $1400 or $26000 approx pesos
Rooftop mirador would be a huge plus

Also, if you have any recommendations for someone that could meet us in Laredo with a small truck or van to help us with boxes that won’t fit in our smallish SUV. Of course, we would pay for time, expenses, etc.
