Photo radar on Chapala-Guadalajara highway

The portable photo radar traps seem to have disappeared from this stretch of highway. Have they moved somewhere else?

They have been gone for a year or so. I understand photo radar was deemed unconstitutional in Jalisco.

It is illegal in many States also. The law in Missouri reads that the citation must be presented by the officer who witnessed the violation. This applies to speed traps from airplanes also. I know because because I bet a ticket

Have the traps to catch drunk drivers on the carretera been around? I haven’t heard anyone mention them and I’m never out at night to see for myself.
