Ceiling fan repair needed

Does anyone have experience in getting a ceiling fan repaired? It really wobbles a lot and I would really like to keep it. TIA

Clean it and get a balance kit.

Agreed. It sounds as though your fan has lost some of its little balancing weights, which are simply stuck in place when originally installed and balanced. Over time, the adhesive dries out and they fall off. If you cannot find a balancing kit, you can get creative with tiny coins, etc., or have a fan serviceman do it for you.
