How does one get SP?

Take your papers and stuff to either the sign-up window at the hospital in Chante or to the Centro de Salud in Chapala - walk to the back, sign-up window is on the left. Nice lady, easy process.

And this being Mexico,, I'll take every paper I can find, including my dog's rabies letter.
