Need rental ASAP

Our landlord is moving back from NOB and we are scrambling to find a place to live. Right now we will consider a short term rental just as a temporary place until we can find something but would prefer long term.

We are looking for a rental in the Chapala area. We are looking for 1 level, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, unfurnished, small yard for 2 older dogs. We prefer not to be right in the village but rather in a neighborhood more like Las Redes or Riberas or Chapala Haciendas. More on the edge of town than in town. We prefer to pay under 10,000 pesos a month.

Right now the only two must haves for a short term are one level, 2 bedrooms and unfurnished. Dog has cancer in his leg and can't do stairs. We can store some of our stuff but we have our own furniture and can't afford to store it all. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

We are in a small temporary rental in Las Redes and are still looking for a larger long-term. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
