Long-term rental wanted starting April or May

While we'll mostly be looking at local (Mexican-owned, peso-denominated) rentals in Chapala I thought it might not hurt to post here as well. Open to a wide variety of options but "musts" include at least 2 bedrooms (or one and an office area), reasonably quiet by local standards (i.e. not with bedrooms directly facing a busy street or next to an eventos or machine shop), availabiity of at least 5MB Telmex internet (which rules out lower Riberas and Chula Vista, etc.). Chapala most likely, San Antonio and maybe Ajijic but probably not the latter due to prices (we'll be looking at Mexican places in the 4000-7000 peso range but could see paying in US$ for a real gem in a great location). Prefer semi-furnished or unfurnished, long term lease would be great.
