Looking for a little education. What do people Lakeside generally mean when they say "Long Term Only"? One year? I realize the only way to know for sure is to ask the landlord, but I'd like to know what is usually meant.

My definitions are:

Vacation - up to 3 months.
Short term - 4 months to a year.
Long term - 1 year or more.
