RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PLUMBER

We have a leak in the upstairs bathroom. Could anyone recommend a plumber? Thank you very much,

And not that you need it for a leaking pipe, but for future reference -- he has one of those video cameras on a cable that goes into the sewer pipe so you can see blockage or breaks. Very nice and exactly what we needed.

we have used jose for plumbing and electrical a few times. he doesn't mind doing small jobs either. yes out of chapala. one of his assistants also speaks english.

most professional and competent plumbers(and I have met quite
a few in my time-lol). He is WONDEFUL.
P.S. Pedro- We had a blockage in our sewer/ septic drain line - or
whatever the heck that is called, also . So both bathrooms were
not " going down the tubes" lol - He diagnosed and fixed that right
away. I woudl recomment this gentleman to anyone who has
plumbing needs.

A plumber I knew for several years had promotional shirts printed... they read:

" In our business a Flush is Better than a Full House "

and the racier one read:

" We Pump The Shit Outta Your House "

Great Guy... Good Plumber...

don't forget that he is a very good electrician too.

What does Jose Martinez charge for a call and his hourly rate?

he charged us for the job and gave an estimate beforehand so ask him.

I used Jose this week to fix the leaky faucets in the shower of one of my casitas. It was a tricky job as the faucets need to be replaced but they were imbedded in the cement. He had to chip out all the cement around them, replace the faucets and re-cement/tile the new ones in. He also replaced the shower head. Total cost was $2700 pesos including materials.
