Chocolate may help prevent Alzheimer

Research projects have shown that chocolate products with higher cocoa concentrations (70 percent cocoa or higher) contain a potent mix of flavonoid antioxidants that promote heart health and improve cognition and memory to help prevent Alzheimer's dementia.

One of the studies comes from the Harvard Medical school.

but...  start googling and you will be wondering why not more people are enjoying and eating dark chocolate....  I am.
It might help the chocolatier, but I am sure that it would also benefit a lot of people.  

Nothing I hate more than when people call my chocolate, candy (I know you don't), because chocolate is really good for you,.... candy not that much .....    It breaks my chocolate heart.

He came here 45 years ago to open a chocolate store and they are both cholocaluers! Plenty of Belgium chocolate down here!!
