Just so I know - Why do some of the police wear sunglasses before 7:00am when there is no sun and the sky is covered in clouds??

Can't be for the purpose they are intended for - blocking out bright sun. ????????

I think the black uniforms and boots serve the same purpose as the sunglasses: intimidation effect. Ever notice when a place has special tourist police they usually wear white uniforms because they are sissies. No. I mean because they want to appear friendly and safe, like the Good Humor man. They will, for another example, never get the laser implant.

Can a civilian get the laser implant "lakeside"?

The municipalgovernment is holding hearings after which a decision will be announced. To even be considered, foreign citizens will need to be residente permenente and be a fluent Spanish speaker (and understander). No room for misunderstandings when it comes to high power laser beam implants. Rumor has it that bootleg implants may already be purchased at the Wednesday tianguies. Self installation is not recommended.

I am dubious about the laser thingy. However, I do have a pair of Serengeti driver's sunglasses that work at night with oncoming traffic high beams. Reduces the glare substantially.

You doubt the laser thingy? I am disappointed but the NSA will be happy. They really want to keep it under wraps.

I had not heard that one, Slainte. But, I understand there are teachers who will recruit your kids into getting the implants installed without parental permission. I think it is a provision of ACA. Another reason why you should home school. If you do not have kids, home school your neignbors´ kids. We can not be too careful.
