New rules for FM3 and FM2
I am unsure about some of the new INM rules. Are either of theses statements true?
1. After 5 years with an FM3, one must change to FM2.
2. After 5 years with an FM2, one must move on to either citizenship or inmigrado.
If #2 is true, is there an option to go back to FM3 and start over.

I think things will stay the same as I don't recall seeing anything that would change. You can keep your FM3 forever, well keep getting new books after 5 years. It says the FM2 is for 5 years with annual renewals but it says that your goal is to be inmigrado. I'm not sure how they'd enforce it.
