Does Simapa
have a site like the predial site to find out what your current bill is?

I went to this page and created an account but it would not take us to the bill.  In fact, I registered twice using 2 different emails trying to get it right. https://www.asoservices.solutions/CHAPALA/PAGO_WEB/Pago_Online/Consulta/Seleccion_Cuenta

The problem I think is the required nombre maternal (mother's name).  I have registered us at many sites, CFE. TelMx, TelCel, Jalisco driver's license, etc.  Those sites do not require the nombre maternal (you can leave that field blank).  But SIMAPA's site won't let you leave it blank.  

I put in middle name of partner (I don't have one) and that didn't work.  I created an account that repeated surname in mother's name field, that didn't work either.

It allows me to register but when I ask to see our bill, it says, No Account Found in that Name.  

Anyone have any luck with the site??  Appreciate any feedback.

I didn't get a page asking for that. I just get this after I sign in,

Do you think they are asking for mother's maiden name? That is what I used and it registered me but would not allow access to the consult page?

My message indicates that the names have to match.  I looked at our SIMAPA past bills and neither of us has a nombre maternal since those names are not on US passports or RP or deed, or whatever ID we gave SIMAPA to set up account.  Their online billing system is requiring that field to be filled.  Even though it doesn't 'work' for non-Mexicans. Mexicans always have a nombre maternal.

So now what?

There is a Simapa office next to Oxxo ... small strip plaza which includes IB Furniture, Sunrise Restaurant etc.... on the highway on the lake side in San Antonio Tlayacapan. Take last year's bill with you. Very few line ups especially in the morning between 9 am and noon.

Ajijic SIMAPA office is behind Farmacia Guadalajara on Calle Guadalupe Victoria.

I got into it finally.  fyi, the 2023 data doesn't seem to be loaded, but I did find our 2022 bill.

I completed registration by entering my 2022 invoice # and payment amount.

Like BisbeeGal, my 2023 invoice was not available.

Upon further investigation I have discovered that the "online" payment option is not what we expect. You need to call them to get your amount and then do a "wire transfer" into their account. No thanks. I'll just pay at the office.

Our bill went up 6%

You can use a US credit card at the Ajijic office, but they charge a 3% fee.

Oh...foodie news nearby--where Savta used to be, directly behind the Farmacia Guadalajara, a sign on building is for a Peruvian restaurant. Don't think it's open for business yet, but there was a bunch of stacked tables and chairs inside.
