I had my ear wax removed by Dr. Hugo Vasquez in Chapala. Very reasonable around 200 pesos. Ear drops just don't do the job, he can do.

Agua oxigenada is hydrogen peroxide, usually 2.5 to 3.5% concentration, and is sold in all pharmacies, Walmart, Soriana, etc.

Here is everything you need to know about ear wax. I found it fascinating — and learned that after all these years the white flakes in my ears are dry ear wax! Who knew?

Those drops are essentially hydrogen peroxide. No need to locate drops, you can just use a peroxide and water solution.
