This 4 year old house is in Vista Alegre, has a nice view of mtn and lake, is toasty warm in the winter, great place to live with easy access to Laguna Centro, Walmart, Superlake and is ONLY 25,000 pesos per month. Other places in here half the size with no garage and some with little to no furniture rent for 1500 to 1800 USD per month. Jump on this one. You will love it! I will even let you start moving your things in early as that is always a problem (you often have to be out of one place and in another the same day which can be a challenge if you have a lot to move!).
