What day(s) is the new Smoke House restaurant closed?

We want to try their brisket.

I might like to try this Smokehouse Restaurant. I like that name. Where is it and what are their hours?

Smoke House is west of Ajijic where Monte Cristo used to be. I don't know a land mark. You'll just need to look for the sign on the lake side a few miles out of town.. They open at 1 p.m.

Gracias. With all of the rain, we haven't made it there yet.

It's worth the trip. A bit pricey, but that is because the owner gets the right brisket and has to pay a pretty peso for it. When my husband gets a craving for brisket, he is glad to pay the price.
