It's not really legal in small quantities, just "decrimnalized." You can still be sent to rehab. I don't think this proposed law on medicinal use has any effect on that.

I am so happy for all those with a medical need. It has been a bitch sneaking around under the radar.
For those that know me...and you can read my thread as Ferret on the Narcolepsy Network Forum called "Cannabis Oil Round 3"...just a half a grain of rice worth of cannabis oil under my tongue before bed every night for the last couple of years has all but eliminated the cataplexy that I have lived with for thirty years.

Yep, everything Ferret said! We have a couple of other posters here who have cured their spouses of lung cancer and leukemia. I cured a precancerous skin lesion on my arm.
