The breadmaker in the shopping center opposite Walmart who makes sourdough is my favorite or the bakery in West Ajijic just before the Tuesday market, set back from the carretera.
I like Bancomer for banking needs.
The manicurists are Gloriosa salon on the libriamento near Tio Sam's.

Bread:  ditto on the breakmaker in the Laguna Shopping Mall across from Walmart.  sliced or unsliced, your choice of many kinds.
Imported coffee:Big truck parked somewhere between Gossips and Actinver Bank.  If truck's gone they're off to get more coffee.  That's if you mean really good Mexican coffee, brought in from the Southern region.  If not, check Superlake for your preference.
Bank:  I like Actinver.  Easy parking, pleasant people.
Physiotherapist: Vicky, who works out of Dr. Leon's office on the Carreterra.  Yellow building. She did wonders after my husband dislocated his shoulder, badly.

Bread  I much prefer the "soft sourdough" bread from the folks at Greed Door Bakery at the Tuesday market. I know my Swedish ancestors are turning over in their graves, but I don't much like the rye flour used by the Swedish bakery - personal preferences.
Coffee   I agree, the coffee guy with the truck. He has different roasts and grinds to meet your personal preferences
Tacos  my favorites are at the little restaurant at the Sunday market in Ixtlahuacán

Notice he said 'imported' coffee. If you do not like the Mexican coffee, then SuperLake or Wallmart. Wallmart actually had Lavazza last time I looked, though it was expensive.

Tacos Chuy in Chapala on the main street mountain side about a block from the main plaza.
Breakfast tacos are the cart next door to Zona Fitness, in the evening near Telecable. :)

Coffeewise I am surprised that the coffee place in Ajijic a block down from the church has not been mentioned. The name eludes me - "Grano Coffee"? I just go. Awesome beans from all over Mexico, some organic. Comfy sit down place with some pastries, etc. FRESH roasted coffees. Then there's the coffee shop in Chapala about 2 blocks west of the lights basically across from the murals. Great coffee. Grab your "Joe" and meander along the west end of the malecon. :39

We buy our coffee @ the small cafe/coffee shop in Chapala. It's about 2-3 blocks west of the main lights, on the lake side. Hard to see for all the trees, there are a couple of shops next to it. The owner grinds to your specification. He has several coffees, including regular & french roast. They also have several flavored coffees. I like medium french roast & cinnamon. (80/20 blend). It's rich and smooth ..........LOVE IT!! Hope you can find the cafe & give them a try.

Lilly is at the Hotel Perico on the libramiento on weekends. My friend calls her the Mexican Nazi with fingers of steel. Not for the sensitive and not for a "feel good massage." She keeps me in shape and my sciatic nerve in place. She's a licensed Orthopedic surgeon, but had to end her profession because of vision problems. Doesn't speak English, but knows what needs work upon touching me. With her medical background I trust she will let me know if she finds something suspicious. I keep a weekly appointment.

Right on, Zenwoodle!
These are good suggestions and a place to start your exploration, but ymmv.
This is the BEST time, when you first move here. Take lots of pics, keep notes or a journal, so after years go by you can remember what it looked like when you first got here, it changes around here! Get out and wear your feet out poking around every corner and talking to everyone you meet. People are friendly! Try everything that looks good to you. Enjoy this time, it's fun. Make a few new pals. Explore explore explore.
And the truth is - there are no bests, only what's best to you.
Have fun, Mike!

I agree with Trailrunner on all counts. I would just add: try some things that don't look good to you. You are sometimes pleasantly surprised.
Do have fun, Mike. And, welcome!
