I screwed up and let my Costco card expire in the U.S.

I want it paid in the U.S. but need to go to Costco tomorrow.

Does Costco give a one-time pass to non-card holders?

You could actually get a new card at Costco in Mexico more economically than in the USA. It is good at any Costco in any country.
