It was in Guayabitos. We stayed at Las Cabanas del Capitan. Great place right on the beach. Nice and clean. Very reasonable rates. Jim and I are planning another one for February too.

That looks fantastic.  Did you guys go out all day or half day?

I'm looking to take my brother fishing when he comes the first two weeks in February.  He's really not strong enough to go out all day.  I took him to Manzanillo last year, everything about it was a bust.  No fish, lousy accommodations.  This time I want to get it right.  This will probably be the last time we'll be able to do something like this as his health is approaching the point where it won't be possible for him to do it.

Any suggestions/recommendations gratefully accepted.  From La Manzanilla north.

The Panga's were 550 per hour.  We fished for 4 hours.....the minimum.   We caught 9 Mexican Tuna......very good looking fish, but, not so good eating, so we released them.    Unfortunately, there were 6 foot swells.   Our skipper brought a helper as he was launching over the bow.
Toooooo much Tequila the night before.   The rooms were 1090 per night, 2 per room. Couldn't resist posting two perfect heads, Beer Beer Beer WITHOUT HAIR, lol!
