Chapala Postal Code ?

Does anyone know the postal code for the Beer Garden area of Chapala. Trying to get them listed and do a review on TripAdvisor and they won't let me correct the address without a postal code.

Same ? for Tony's.

Beer Garden - 45900. Well, at least that's ours and we're 2 blocks away (hic).

OOPS! Thanks David! For the purposes of their listing, I am not sure how important the postal code is. The larger issue was getting it corrected from their entry of "Tlayacapan" to "San Antonio Tlayacapan". They are notorious for screwing up Mexican addresses! They still have the Chapala Malecon listed for the city of Jalisco and when one goes to it, you find comments and fotos from the Puerta Vallarta Malecon.

We use Handymail, about a block from Tony's..........that would be 45915, but maybe it changes in that block or two.

Actually, the pueblo is Tlayacapan but gringos changed it to something they could pronounce.

Or as the TripAdvisor "destination expert" told me, it is always referred to as SAT! I was being picky with their listing since most maps refer to it as San Antonio Tlayacapan and that would probably be the reference tool used by most visitors. They have it listed on the Pacific Coast. If you read through all of the reviews, it is obvious that they are talking about the Puerta Vallarta Malecon but when you open the photos, there are some of Chapala. What a screwed up mess!

Have some ocean front property in Arizona?

Now even I know or was told that the only ocean front property on the west coast of the US is in California! I was placing a large order for beach toys with a supplier in Maryland and the gal wanted to know "what the heck" I was doing with them since we didn't have beaches in Oregon. Even though I told her that I was looking out the front window of our gift shop at the Pacific Ocean, she wanted to argue with me.

I just happen to be a bit of a stickler when it comes to geography. I think that I have figured out part of the problem on TripAdvisor. To their way of thinking, all of Jalisco is on the Pacific Coast. They are just so darned oriented to the Coastal Resort areas that they fail to understand that Guadalajara and Lake Chapala should probably be included in their Central Mexico section.
