Help with Garage Doors

We have garage doors that operate like bi-fold doors.

A source of constant frustration. I don't think I exaggerate when I say we've had repairs done every 6 months for the past 3 years. When I called today the rep from our regular service outfit, Puertas Automaticas, volunteered our house number when I mentioned our street name,

He's advised we should just replace them with an overhead door at $20,000 + pesos.

Before doing that I'd like a second or third opinion.

Can anyone recommend someone who knows garage doors and can perhaps rescue our existing set?

I think that they are the same company.
Estefan`s company is Puertas Y Systems Automaticos.
Personally we have had great service from them.

You may add my suggestion that Esteban and his family are the best choice for garage door maintenance, new ones, or repairs. We used them for 13 years.

Just a follow-up of the garage door.

Estaban just left. He had to manufacture what be called a missing part for the closure mechanism ( Rube Goldberg would be proud of the design).

He said he couldn't understand how the door worked without this missing piece. It's probably been missing since before I moved in.

Anyway the door works like a charm now. I'm totally pleased with his work and the price.
